Venerable Pema Dorjee leads a meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. This class includes meditation and chanting of prayers. Still, the majority of letter writing services prefer to keep their materials to themselves.

Tibetan Language Classes

Venererable Pema Dorjee teaches reading, writing, and speaking classic Tibetan for Dharma practice and conversation. Call or email us for details.

Buddhist Studies
7pm - 8:30pm
Venerable Pema Dorjee directs this class towards a more formal and deeper understanding of the teachings of Lord Buddha and the Buddhist philosophy. Following the teaching is a session on meditaion and preliminary practice with prayers and mantras.

A talk will be given on the life of His Holiness, the XIVth Dalai Lama, followed by a long life prayer.

Cho Khor Duechen
Buddha Shakyamuni's first teaching - A lecture will be given on the Four Noble Truths followed by meditation.

November 19, 2008
Lab Bab Duechen
Buddha Shakyamuni's decent from heaven - A talk will be given on the visit of Buddha to his mother in heaven followed by a meditation remembering the kindness and love of all mothers.
